The Gvision Coolant Corrosion Tester is used to Determination of anti-corrosion ability of the high & low boiling point engines coolant.

The purpose of the test is to place the coolant under stress and then quantify its performance in preventing aluminium corrosion.

“Circulating Coolant with the help of Gvision Made Coolant Corrosion Testing Machine on component like Water Transmission Oil Cooler (WTOC) at desire Temperature and Pressure so determine the anti-corrosion ability of the Coolant or component raw material.

The following are the Technical Specifications of Test Rig;

1. Test Component = WTOC

2. Test Medium = 45% Coolant + 55% D.I. Water

3. Coolant Inlet Pressure = variable from 0 to 800 kPa (Least Count ≤ 5 kPa)

4. Coolant Inlet Temperature = variable from ambient to 100°C 

5. Coolant Inlet Flow = variable from 0 to 100 LPM.

6. Test Duration = 60 days 

7. Flow/Test Cycle = example – as below (1 cycle : 24 h);

(i). Coolant Flow with temperature (100°C), Pressure (250 kPa) & Flow (50 LPM)

(ii). Circulation of above coolant for ‘16 h’.

(iii). No coolant flow for ‘8h’
